The sum of Forty Thousand and No/IOO Dollars <br /> ($40,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> balance of the Capital Outlay Fund to Parks and Recreation <br /> Facility Improvements, Leisure, Cultural & Information Services, <br /> Operations Programs, for the reconstruction of the Veterans <br /> Memorial Building roof. <br /> Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980 and shall be in addition to all <br /> sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980. <br /> SECTION 2.
