<br />.~ .~ <br /> CGM:bc 2/14/80 <br /> CGM:bc 2/20/80R <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1814 <br /> Oi?JGINAL <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR MAR 3 7980 <br /> THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS <br /> ($194,575.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF <br /> THE CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PROGRAM FOR THE REMODELING OF THE COMMUNITY SWIMMING <br /> POOL <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The sum of One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand <br /> Five Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($194,575.00) is hereby <br /> appropriated from the Unappropriated Balance of the Capital <br /> Outlay Fund to the Capital Improvements Program for the <br /> construction of additions and renovations to the Community <br /> Swimming Pool. <br /> Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980 and shall be in addition to all <br /> sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> July 1, 1979 - June 30, 1980. <br /> SECTION 2.
