Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1783, entitled "An <br />Ordinance Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Designated <br />Employees of the City of Redwood City; and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 1696, " adopted May 21, 1979, and amended to date, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 1.
