Section 18A.14 of the Code of the City of <br /> --~-_...-_.._~.,._- <br />Hedwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 18A.14. All applications for an initial <br /> ---,---- <br /> mnssage technician permit or a massage technician trainee <br /> permit shall be accompanied by an investigation fee in the <br /> sum of One Hundred and No/lOa Dollars ($100.00) , no part <br /> of which shall be refundable. Upon receipt of said <br /> application, the City Collector shall refer the application <br /> to the Police Department, which, within a period of thirty <br /> (30) days from the date of filing such application, shall <br /> make an investigation and submit a written recommendation <br /> .",. <br /> thereon to the City Collector concerning compliance with <br /> the resp(~c t i vc requirements.
