Section 32.75.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 32.75.5 The taxes and penalties collected and <br /> received pursuant to this Article may, from time to time, be <br /> appropriated to any lawful purpose by the Council." <br /> SECTION 2.
