JPF/JR 8/11/81 ORDINANCE NO. 1844 ORIGINAL --------- AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED Sf? 14 1981 BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1, AND FIXING AND LEVYING THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT RATE THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The amount of Twenty-Six Thousand Eight Hun0red Forty-Three Dollars ($26,843.00) is hereby fixed as a special ad valorem assessment in accordance with paragraph 29(a) and 30 of Resolution No. 1894 adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City on July 11, 1955, for the payment of principal and interest on Municipal Improvement Bonds, Series 55-1, and for deposit in the Off-Street Parking District No. 1, Interest and Redemption Funà, and the special ad valorem rate therefore is hereby levied and fixed at $0.1250 on each One Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of all taxable real property within the limits of Parking District No. 1, as established by Resolution No. 1808, aðopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 20, 1954, and as confirmeð by Resolution No. 1827, aèopteð by the Council of the City of Reèwoo0 City on February 7, 1955, together with all territory thereafter annexeò thereto. SECTION 2. REPEAL. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealeà. SECTION 3. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may find it convenient or necessary to utilize this oràinance.
