<br /> swr.: rb 11/08/83 <br /> S :rb 11/09/83R <br /> ,~ <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> o R DIN A N C E N o. 1886 JAN 9 1984 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING DIVISION 5, DIVISION 6, DIVISION <br />7 AND DIVISION 8 OF ARTICLE VII, CHAPTER 20 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO PARKING <br />METER PERMITS AND HOODS <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Division 5 (commencing at Section 20.150) of <br />Article VII of Chapter 20 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "DIVISION 5. PARKING METER PERMITS <br />"Section 20.150. Issuance; Fee. The City Collector is <br />hereby authorized to issue parking meter permits in <br />accordance with the following schedule and subject to the <br />payment of the following fees: <br />" (a) Delivery vehicles while actually engaged in the <br />pickup and delivery of goods and merchandise, provided <br />that such vehicle does not remain standing at one <br />place for more than thirty (30) minutes. . . . . . . . <br />Monthly $10.00 Annually $110.00 <br />"(b) Any vehicle while in a metered parking space <br />where the meter permits a single deposit of coins for <br />ten (10) or more consecutive hours of parking. . . . . <br />Monthly $10.00 Annually $110.00 <br />"Section 20.151. Form. The parking permit may consist <br />of a windshield card or may be in such other form as the <br />City Collector may prescribe. <br />"Section 20.152. Payment of Fee in Advance; Proration; <br />Refunds. Payment shall be made to the City Collector in <br />advance on an annual calendar year basis for an annual <br />permit, or on a calendar month basis for a monthly permit. <br /> I 886 <br /> .-......, ----- <br />
