Ordinance No. 1329, adopted September 18, 1967 <br />entitled "An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance Nos. 1305 and 1307 and <br />Awarding Non-Exclusive Franchise to Construct, Operate and Maintain <br />a Community Antenna Television System Within the City of Redwood <br />City to Peninsula Cable Television Corporation; and Establishing <br />Certain Conditions Therefor," is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. In accordance with Article III of Chapter 11 of <br />the Code of the City of Redwood City, the City of Redwood City <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") hereby grants a non- <br />exclusive franchise to Nationwide Cablevision, Inc. , dba Peninsula <br />Cable TV (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee" ) located at 894 <br />Industrial Road, San Carlos, California, to construct, operate and <br />maintain a community antenna television system (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CATV" ) within the City, subject to all provisions, <br />terms and requirements of Article III of Chapter 11 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City heretofore or hereafter enacted, and to <br />all requirements of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City, and to all ordinances, rules, <br />regulations and specifications of the City of Redwood City <br /> H ì \ <br /> , ~ <br /> ,- ':../ 1<:&J <br /> _ __~W.._. <br />
