<br /> SWC:rks 3/23/84 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1894 <br /> APR 1 6 1984 <br /> --------- - - <br /> ORDINANCE APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AMENDMENT TO THE REDWOOD SHORES (GIDl-64) DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT, ADDING TERRITORY SUBJECT THERETO <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1859, adopted May 24, <br />1982, this Council approved a development agreement for land at <br />Redwood Shores, in accordance with the provisions of Government <br />Code Sections 65864 - 65869.5; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 14 of the aforesaid <br />development agreement, said agreement may be amended by mutual <br />consent of all parties, confirmed by ordinance of the City <br />Council, after duly noticed public hearing; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after noticed public <br />hearing, has found that such amendment is consistent with the <br />General Plan and has recommended to this Council that the <br />amendment be approved; and <br /> WHEREAS, after noticed public hearing and upon finding that <br />the amendment is consistent with the General Plan, this Council <br />desires to approve said amendment; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, for itself and on behalf of <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64, does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br /> SECTION 1. That certain amendment to agreement, entitled <br />"Amendment to Agreement - Development Agreement - GIDl-64", ( form <br />dated 3/23/84R) by and between the City of Redwood City; General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64, and Redwood Shores, Inc. , a copy <br /> 1 894 <br /> ---...-- <br />
