<br /> SWC : s h 4/19/85 <br /> SWC: sh 4/22/85R <br /> 1909 OR\G\NJ\L <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1909 <br />MAY 6 1985 --------- MAY 6 <br /> 1985 <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $70,000 FROM THE <br /> SEWER FUND UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE AND THE SUM OF <br /> $145,000 FROM THE WATER FUND UNAPPROPRIATED FUND <br /> BALANCE TO OAK AVENUE SEWER AND WATER SYSTEMS <br /> H1PROVEMENTS , ENVIRONMENTAL SUPPORT AND PROTECTION, <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The sum of $70,000 is hereby appropriated from <br />the Sewer Fund unappropriated fund balance and the sum of <br />$145,000 is hereby appropriated from the Water Fund <br />unappropriated fund balance to the appropriation for Oak Avenue <br />Sewer and Water Systems Improvements, Environmental Support and <br />Protection, Capital Improvements Program. <br /> SECTION 2. The aforementioned sums shall be for expenditure <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1984 - June 30, 1985, and shall be <br />in addition to all sums previously appropriated for such purposes <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1984 - June 30, 1985. <br /> SECTION 3.
