<br /> PAS: sh 11/17/86 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 1943 i ' JAN 5 1987 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1943 <br /> <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN <br /> A PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID <br /> DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1986-1; <br /> DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND <br /> ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br /> WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with <br />§11.30, et seq. ) , proceedings for the establishment of an <br />underground utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood <br />City were instituted by Resolution No. 10374, adopted November <br />10, 1986; and <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 10374 sets forth the purposes <br />of said district, its proposed designation and boundary <br />description, and a time and place for hearing of objections by <br />persons interested in the formation of the proposed district; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. <br />10374 was provided by mail and publication in accordance with <br />Section 11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br />Monday, December 8, 1986, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following <br />objections were received: <br /> Oral or Written <br />Name & Address of Objector Objection Nature of Objection <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> (, <br /> "" ,1 3 <br /> 'I., '-:L <br /> _..,-~ <br />
