<br /> D~S:sb 11/03/87 (#6) <br /> L . :djk 12/17/87R <br /> DAS:nt 12/21/87R <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1962 <br /> <br /> --------- ORIGINAL <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLES II AND VIII OF, AND JAN 4 1988 <br />AMENDING SECTION 5.80 OF, CHAPTER 5 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PERMITS FOR DANGEROUS <br />ANIMALS AND SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR ANIMALS <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION l. Article II of Chapter 5 of the Redwood Code is <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 2. Section 5.80 of Chapter 5 of the Redwood Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 5.80. Penalties; Continuing Violations. <br /> " (a) A violation of any provisions contained in this <br />chapter is hereby declared an infraction except for a <br />violation of Sections 3330.4 (a) , (b) , (c) ; 3330.6 (a) , (e) ; <br />3330.6.2 or 3330.6.5(d) of The Animal Control Ordinance <br />which is hereby declared a misdemeanor. <br /> " (b) Every day any violation of any provision of this <br />chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense." <br />SECTION 3. Article VIII of Chapter 5 of the Redwood Code is <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
