<br /> SWC:djk 08/03/88 (# 6) <br /> AUG 2 2 19æ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1977 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> --------- - - <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW BUDGET ITEM IN THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ENTITLED "RED MORTON COMMUNITY <br /> PARK/KIWANIS FIELD RENOVATION" i AND APPROPRIATING <br /> $178,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED CAPITAL OUTLAY FUNDS TO <br /> SAID RED MORTON COMMUNITY PARK/KIWANIS FIELD <br /> RENOVATION, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET ITEM <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council does hereby establish a new budget item in <br /> the Capital Improvement Program entitled " Red Morton Community <br /> Park/Kiwanis Field Renovation". <br /> 2. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand and <br /> No/100 Dollars ($178,000.00) is hereby appropriated from <br /> unappropriated Capital Outlay funds to the Red Morton Community <br /> Park/Kiwanis Field Renovation, Capital Improvement Program for <br /> renovation and restoration of the field formerly leased by the <br /> San Francisco Forty Niners. <br /> 3. The sum hereby appropriated pursuant to paragraph 2 is <br /> for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, <br /> 1989, and shall be in addition to all other sums so appropriated <br /> for said purpose during fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989. <br /> * * * <br /> 1977 <br />
