(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 14, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to: <br />1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year special services <br />agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training workshops and consulting services in <br />an amount not -to -exceed $5,360, bringing the City's total annual contract with Liebert <br />Cassidy Whitmore to $275,360. <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an annual contract with Liebert <br />Cassidy Whitmore fortraining workshops through the San Mateo County Employee Relations <br />Training Consortium on a year-to-year basis, in an aggregated amount up to $100,000. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
