(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 14, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Masur to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />general services agreement with Pump Repair Service Co. for maintenance and repair of <br />water and recycled water pumps in an amount not to exceed $145,612.48, including City <br />Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional, consecutive two-year terms, <br />for an aggregate not to exceed amount of $728,062.40. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
