(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on October 28, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor <br />Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Hale to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for services with Bosco Oil, Inc. DBA Valley Oil Company (Valley Oil <br />Company) for the provision of gasoline and diesel fuel in an amount not to exceed <br />$750,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for three additional <br />consecutive one-year terms for a total not to exceed contract price of $3,000,000. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />1�zq <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
