O 1~, I G I N A L 12/19/95 <br /> <br /> (11/27/95) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO, 12669 <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br /> Agreement With Saint Francis Center <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saint Francis Center is a private, non-profit agency that provides assistance <br />to families in need in the Redwood City area, and assists them to live in dignity, and become <br />self-supportive units in the community; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Saint Francis Oenter, has requested financial assistance for use by it in <br />conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1994 and ending June 30, <br />1995; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to pay to <br />Saint Francis Center a private, non-profit agency the sum of Ten-Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($10,000) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Saint Francis Center <br />has been presented to this council and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the <br />same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE iT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 11/27/95), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and Saint Francis Center a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
