0 R I G I N A L 12/19/95 (1 1/27/95) RESOLUTION NO. 12667 Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of Agreement With Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County) WHEREAS, Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County) is a private, non-profit agency that provides assistance to volunteers who are 55 years and older who want to use their experience and talents in useful community services; and WHEREAS, Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County), has requested financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1994 and ending June 30, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to pay to Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County) a private, non-profit agency the sum of Three-Thousand, Two-Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($3,200) and; WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County) has been presented to this council and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the same; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: That certain agreement (form dated 11/27/95), by and between the City of Redwood City and Mills Peninsula Hospital Senior Focus (Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of San Mateo County) a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City.
