0 R I G I N A L 12/19/95 <br /> <br /> (11/27/95) <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12656 <br /> <br /> Resolution Approving And Authorizing Execution Of <br /> Agreement With Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula is a private, non-profit agency that <br />provides after school and summer programs to kids 6-18 years of age; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Boys and Girls C~ub of the Peninsula, has requested financial assistance for <br />use by it in conducting its activities durin9 the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1994 and ending <br />June 30, 1995; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and desires to <br />pay to Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula a private, non-profit agency the sum of Nine- <br />Thousand and No/100 dollars ($9,000) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Boys and Gir~s Club of <br />the Peninsula has been presented to this council and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br />to approve the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement (form dated 11/27/95), by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Post-it® Fax Note 7671 De, re Ip~a~fesI'' ,'~ <br /> Co./Dept.
