DES:d~u 04/29/96 (102/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/13/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12750 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR MARLIN <br /> PARK IMPROVEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for construction and <br />installation of improvements for Marlin Park in the City of <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for Marlin Park Improvements - City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
