0 R I O I N A L <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12741 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br />THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR <br />PAYMENT OF DEVELOPER SUBSIDY BY AGENCY AND DISCHARGE OF <br />AGENCY DEBT TO CITY <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Agreement by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City entitled "Agreement <br />Between The City of Redwood City and the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood City for Payment of Developer Subsidy By Agency and Discharge of <br />Agency Debt to City," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> AK/DE.S:4/ll/96/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
