DES:dj~ 02/27/96 (080/41) <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L ~/8/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12721 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROCESSING NOTICES OF PARKING VIOLATIONS <br /> <br /> (COUNTY OF SAN MATEO) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement", between the <br />County of San Mateo, a political subdivision of the State of <br />California, and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California, for the provision of services <br />relating to processing Notices of Parking Violations, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
