~ DES:dj,.,~03/29/96 (RC-O06) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> 4/8/96 <br /> <br /> R ESOLUT ION NO. 12717 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION AND USE OF 1995-96 AB 434 <br /> FUNDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Regarding Distribution and <br />Use of 1995-96 AB 434 Funds", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and the City/County Association <br />of Governments of San Mateo County, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br /> <br />
