DES:djk 02/27/96 (081/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 3/25/96 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12716 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE ROOF <br /> AND HVAC SYSTEM RETROFIT PROJECT AT THE COMMUNITY <br /> ACTIVITIES BUILDING; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the roof and heating, <br />ventilating and air-conditioning ("HVAC") system retrofit project <br />at the Community Activities Building in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Roof and HVAC System Retrofit - Community Activities <br />Building - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
