- DES:aj.-~ 03/08/96 (RC-004) <br /> DES:djk 03/14/96R <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 3/25/96 <br /> <br /> R ESOLUT ION NO. 12715 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE <br /> SANDPIPER PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Amhitectural <br />Services - Sandpiper Project", by and among the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, the Belmont School District, a <br />public school district in the County of San Mateo and Gordon H. Chong & <br />Associates of San Francisco, Califomia (form dated 03/14/96R), a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
