DES:d.~'- 02/02/96 (073/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/26/96 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12705 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR EDGEWOOD <br /> AND GLENLOCH PUMP STATIONS STAND-BY POWER PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Edgewood and Glenloch <br />pump stations stand-by power project in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Edgewood/Glenloch Pump Stations Stand-by Power Project - <br />City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
