DES:dj~ 02/01/96 (071/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/26/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12704 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATING FIBER OPTIC <br /> CABLE SYSTEMS FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement", <br />between MCI Telecommunications Corporation, as lessee of MCI <br />Metro Access Transmission Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, <br />and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br />State of California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
