/ R I G I N A L 11/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12646 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING DEDICATION OF PORTION <br /> OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES, <br /> DESIGNATING CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE <br /> EASEMENTS THEREON AND DIRECTING THE CITY <br /> CLERK TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS <br /> RESOLUTION FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the City of Redwood City is the owner of the real property known as <br />Lot 1, Block C of the subdivision map entitled Marina Park, Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, California, which map was recorded on August 8, 1969, in <br />Volume 70 at pages 4 and 5, Official Records of San Mateo County (the "City <br />Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require that a portion of <br />City Property be dedicated for public use for the widening of Bridge Parkway and <br />for a public service easement; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those portions of Lot 1, Block C of the subdivision map entitled Marina <br />Park, Redwood City, San Mateo County, California, which map was recorded on <br />August 8, 1969, in Volume 70 at pages 4 and 5, Official Records of San Mateo <br />County, as said portions are described on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made <br />a part hereof as if fully set forth, and shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made a part hereof for visualization and information, are hereby dedicated to <br /> <br /> <br />
