DES:djk 1~ /14/95 (039/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 11/27/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12638 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 95-1 <br /> SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; AND <br /> APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br /> AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE STREETS AND EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain parcel map identified as Parcel Map No. <br />95-1 (401-595 Broadway) in the City of Redwood City, prepared by <br />Brian Kangas Foulk, Consulting Engineers, for Ampex Corporation, <br />a Delaware corporation, the owner of record of said subdivision, <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br />tentative parcel map for said subdivision, is approved and <br />accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> (a) Before the release of said Parcel Map by the City <br /> of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owners or <br /> subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owners or <br /> subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> the subdivision) of the property described by said Map shall <br /> enter into and execute that certain proposed subdivision <br /> improvement agreement on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, entitled "Agreement for Improvements for Parcel Map <br /> No. 95-1" (form dated 11/14/95), wherein Owner, in <br /> consideration for the approval of said Map by City, shall <br /> agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> said Agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br /> provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />
