DES:djk 71/13/95 (038/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L I1/27/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12637 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 1001 JEFFERSON <br /> AVENUE; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br /> BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the demolition of that <br />certain structure (H & H Gun Shop) located at 1001 Jefferson <br />Avenue, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br />Documents for the Demolition of Building at 1001 Jefferson Avenue <br />(Formerly H & H Gun Shop) City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
