<br />o RIG I N A L <br /> <br />12/16/96 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12977 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION <br />NO. 11497, ESTABLISHING ARCHITECTURAL ADVISORY <br />COMMITTEE TO REVISE THE TERMS OF MEMBERS <br />THEREOF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 11497 entitled, "Resolution Establishing <br /> <br />Architectural Advisory Committee," adopted March 25, 1991, is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />"2. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. The term of office of each <br /> <br />member of the Architectural Advisory Committee shall be four (4) <br /> <br />years, expiring on May 31 of the fourth year; provided, however, <br /> <br />that appointments to the Committee shall be made such that terms <br /> <br />shall expire in even-numbered years." <br /> <br />2.
