(601) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on December 16, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur and Reddy <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Bain, to adopt staff recommendations 1-5 as follows <br />1. Hold a Public Hearing on the proposed Mixed -Use Live/Work Zoning and General Plan <br />Amendments; <br />2. Adopt a Resolution considering an Addendum to the General Plan Environmental <br />Impact Report <br />3. Adopt a Resolution amending the General Plan Mixed -Use Live/Work land use <br />designation and Land Use Map, and revising the name to "Mixed -Use Transitional' <br />4. Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending the Mixed -Use Live/Work <br />Zoning text and Zoning Map and amending Articles 2 (Definitions), 3 (Designation of <br />Districts), 30 (Off -Street Parking and Loading), 31 (Special Uses), 53 (Mixed -Use Corridor <br />
