DES:djk 70/25/95 (032/41) <br /> <br /> ~0 R I G I N A L 1/6/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12627 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR <br /> COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BUILDING ROOF AND HEATING, <br /> VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING RENOVATIONS <br /> <br /> (GROSSMAN DESIGN GROUP) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to renovate the <br />roof and the heating, ventilation and air conditioning ("HVAC") <br />systems at the Community Activities Building in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City' requires <br />architectural design and engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grossman Design Group of San Francisco, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Architectural <br />Design Services Community Activities Building Roof and HVAC <br />Renovations" (form dated 10/25/95), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Grossman Design Group of San Francisco, California, for the <br />performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
