DES:djk 9/28/95 (034/26) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 10/30/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12625 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL <br /> PROPERTY (FORMER SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT SITE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled "Grant of Revocable <br />Permit to Use Space (Former Sewage Treatment Plant Site)" (form <br />dated 09/28/95), pursuant to which FERMA Corporation, subject to <br />certain terms and conditions, is hereby granted permission to <br />occupy and use a portion of that certain City-owned property <br />Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 91-10 (commonly known as the former sewage <br />treatment plant site), a copy of which is set forth in Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the form of <br />Exhibit A, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
