(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on January 13, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for general services with Star Elevator, Inc. for general and preventative <br />maintenance of elevators and lifts in an amount not to exceed $70,000, and authorize the <br />City Manager to extend the agreement for up to three additional one-year terms, for a <br />total contract amount not to exceed $280,000 <br />Motion passes 7-0 by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
