The schedule of hours for the voting public shall be from 9 a.m. to <br />5 p.m. on February 29 through March 2, and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 3. The Vote Center at the <br />Facility shall be accessible to persons with disabilities. <br />Access to the Facility will be granted to Vote Center personnel from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, <br />February 29, 2020. From March 1 to March 2, 2020, Vote Center workers will be granted access to <br />the facility from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On March 3, 2020, Vote Center workers will be granted access <br />to the facility from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. <br />Vote Center workers, or other employees of the Registration & Elections Division ("Division"), will be <br />granted 4 hours on February 28 for the set-up of equipment in Facility, and 4 hours on March 4 for <br />removal of equipment from Facility. <br />The Facility will be contacted with a finalized 1 -hour delivery window one (1) week prior to the delivery <br />date. <br />Payment for the use of Facility shall be as indicated below: <br />W Facility agrees to waive payment. <br />❑ Full payment required. $ per day that the Vote Center is open to the public. <br />(Facility must provide W-9) <br />❑ Partial payment. $ per day for the following days: <br />(Facility must provide W-9) <br />40 Tower Road, San Mateo, CA 94402 <br />P 650.312.5222 F 650.312.5348 email registrar@smcacre.org web www.smcacre.org <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.006/Office of Assessor -County Clerk -Recorder & Elections; County of San Mateo (Page 1 of 2) <br />
