DES:djk ~q/14/95 (013/39) <br /> vO R I G I N A L ~9/25/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12607 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (FOURTH ANNUAL TURKEY TROT) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Mr. Bruce Valentine of <br />the Pacific Athletic Club for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the FOURTH ANNUAL TURKEY TROT on <br />November 19, 1995, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein is hereby <br />approved, the regulation of the public rights-of-way described <br />therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said <br />permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
