DES:djk n9/08/95 (018/41) <br /> ~'R I G I N A n 9/18/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12602 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW/NOISE AND SAFETY STUDY <br /> AT THE SAN CARLOS AIRPORT FOR ELECTRONIC ARTS MASTER <br /> PLAN <br /> <br /> (P & D AVIATION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires site plan review <br />and a noise and safety study at the San Carlos Airport in order <br />to evaluate the impacts on aviation noise and safety of the <br />proposed Electronic Arts construction of an office complex at the <br />northeast corner of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive <br />in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, P & D Aviation, a Division of P & D Consultants, <br />Inc. of San Francisco, California represents that it is qualified <br />on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Consulting Services - Site Plan Review/Noise and Safety Study at <br />the San Carlos Airport for Electronic Arts Master Plan" (form <br />dated 09/08/95), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and P & D <br />Aviation of San Francisco, California, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br /> <br /> <br />
