(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 9, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Reddy and Mayor Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Bain to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the professional services agreement between Redwood City and InfoSend, Inc. <br />extending the agreement for a period of three years for the not to exceed amount of <br />$300,000, and authorize the City Manager to further extend the agreement for two <br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension term, for <br />a total not to exceed contract amount of $675,000. <br />Motion,,passes 5-0 by electronic vote with Council Members Hale and Masur absent. <br />)ominguez, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
