FXS:mge 08/16/95 (054/40) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 8/28/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12595 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN CITY-OWNED REAL <br /> PROPERTY <br /> <br /> (20,000 SQUARE FOOT CONSTRUCTION STORAGE YARD <br /> ON THE EAST SIDE OF SANDPIPER PARK) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain revocable permit entitled "Grant of Revocable <br />Permit - 20,000 Square Foot Construction Storage Yard on the East <br />Side of Sandpiper Park" (form dated 08/16/95), pursuant to which <br />Greystone Homes, Inc., subject to certain terms and conditions, <br />is hereby granted permission to occupy and use a portion of that <br />certain City-owned real property, commonly known as the Sandpiper <br />Park, Redwood City, California, a copy of which is set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said permit substantially in the <br />form of Exhibit A, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
