0 K I G I N A L DES:djk 08/15/95 (014/41) <br /> <br /> 8/28/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12594 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE RED <br /> MORTON CO~UNITY PARK PLAYGROUND; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Red Morton Community <br />Park Playground in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> .1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Red Morton Community Park Playground - City of Redwood <br />City, California", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
