(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 23, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens/Bain to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award a contract for the Oakwood Drive Localized Drainage Management <br />Project to Grade Tech, Inc. of San Ramon, CA for their low base bid of $317,485.60 and <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% <br />above the original contract amount. <br />Motion passes 7-0byroll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
