(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on March 23, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Borgens/Bain to approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the Winslow Street, Bradford Street, <br />and Allerton Street Pedestrian Enhancements Project to GradeTech, Inc. of San Ramon <br />for their bid of $324,440.00 and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />Motio asses 7/0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
