(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on April 27, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Reddy and Mayor Howard <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard <br />form construction contract documents and award a contract for the Redwood City <br />Pavement Preservation Project (Twin Dolphin Overlay) to O'Grady Paving, Inc. of <br />Mountain View for their responsible and responsive low bid of $991,411.40, and authorize <br />the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the original <br />contract amount, for a not to exceed total of $1,090,552.54. <br />Motion passes 6-0-_1 by roll call vote with Vice Mayor Masur absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
