FXS:rg 07 ~ 7/95 (047/40) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/24/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12558 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> GENERAL CONDITIONS (JOB SITE) SUBCONTRACT FOR THE CITY <br /> HALL PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the General Conditions (Job <br />Site) Subcontract for the City Hall Project, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for the General Conditions (Job Site) Subcontract for <br />the City Hall City of Redwood City, California", prepared by <br />the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a <br />copy of which documents are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
