CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members were present. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — Council Member Bain led the pledge of allegiance. <br />Mayor Howard announced that Staff Report Item 6C would be continued to a future meeting <br />in order to focus the Council meeting on matters directly related to COVID-19. <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The City Clerk read public comments received from the following members of the public <br />into the record: <br />• Theresa Pineda <br />• Casey Cameron <br />• Richard Berry <br />• Carol Cross <br />• Todd Gumbrecht <br />S.
