The meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m. <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY/PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />Monday, April 13, 2020 <br />7:00 PM <br />1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Howard called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />2. ROLL CALL — All Council Members were present via telephone conference. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE — Council Member Hale led the pledge of allegiance. <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE CONSENT CALENDAR AND ON ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />The City Clerk read public comment received via email into the record from the <br />following members of the public: <br />• Todd Gumbrecht <br />• Carol Cross <br />5.
