Approve the parcel map for the development at 610 Walnut Street; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement <br />agreement with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance <br />agreement with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; and <br />5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a shared parking covenant with <br />Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC. <br />
