(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 13, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Hale and Reddy to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />approximately 13 month Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & Associates <br />(HdL Companies) to produce the necessary documents and processes and administer <br />the cannabis business permit renewal and compliance audit process in an amount not to <br />exceed $120,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two <br />additional one-year periods, for a total contract amount of $360,000. <br />.tion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
