Approve and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the First Amendment <br />to the Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Redwood City School District <br />for Increase of Funding in an amount not to exceed one hundred twenty seven thousand <br />six hundred ninety five dollars ($127,695) for a total amount not to exceed six hundred <br />four thousand nine hundred thirty dollars ($604,930); and <br />2.
